Rory Riggs, Chairman of the Board, is the Managing Member of Balfour LLC a firm specializing in early-stage entrepreneurial activities in healthcare and bio-technology. He recently served as President and Director of Biomatrix Corporation (NYSE Ticker: BXM) until it was sold to Genzyme Corporation in December, 2000. Prior to that Mr. Riggs was a Managing Director in Mergers and Acquisitions at Paine Webber. He has been involved in the start-up of many healthcare companies including: Chondrogene Limited, Cibus Genetics, Fibrogen, Inc., Royalty Pharma, Selectide Inc., Sugen Inc., eAppeals LLC, Medrium, Inc., Pharmaceutical Partners, LLC and Pacific Media.

Steven Griffin, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder, has managed several successful companies and has extensive experience in building and managing healthcare and software organizations. He was previously President of one of the subsidiaries of MAMSY and has held CEO, COO and CMO positions in the health care industry.

Gil Perry serves as the Company's Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, and has served in such capacities since June 2004. In addition, Mr. Perry serves as the Company's Secretary, and has served in such capacity since February 2004. Mr. Perry is also a consultant to Balfour LLC (since 2001), a healthcare private equity firm and to Garofalo & Associates LLC (since 1991), a mergers and acquisition and management consulting firm. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Perry worked in the mergers and acquisitions department of Paine Webber Incorporated.
